Mike Park

Mike Park is the CEO of CharacterPlus. Mike is a graduate of the Leadership Academy in Character Education (LACE), an Affiliate Scholar to the Center for Character and Citizenship, and serves on the Dean’s Cabinet at the UMSL School of Education. Mike served as an Army Intelligence Officer in Europe and later as an executive at multinational consumer-retail companies, with expertise in complex revenue and market-share growth that demonstrated sustained scalability. In his eighth year as CEO, Mike led a successful 2019 spin-off of CharacterPlus 501c3 from the Cooperative School Districts (dba EducationPlus) in St. Louis, MO, and, in 2025, completed a successful, time-sensitive acquisition of the international Character Education Partnership 501c3 (dba Character.org), which is currently operating from Alexandria, VA. CharacterPlus recently secured a multimillion-dollar grant to roll out School of Character Academies (SOCA) nationally. Mike is a graduate of The U.S. Army Intelligence Center and School, The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Executive Development Program, and The University of Alabama. Mike’s work has afforded him opportunities to share his experiences and work with K-12 schools and universities, including the United States Military Academy at West Point.
