American pianist Brian Woods has emerged as a compelling artist of international acclaim, uniting commanding interpretations with expressive depth and dazzling stage presence. His debut album Wanderings was praised by the press as “a recorded introduction to a musician of rare technical faculty and interpretive insight.” Following a subscription debut with the North Carolina Symphony, Woods continues to build momentum as an exciting young artist with a growing international audience and a rapidly expanding discography, with his second album Prokofiev: Miniatures set for release on July 24, 2026. He serves as Music Director for Classical Programming and Artist in Residence at the World Chess Hall of Fame & Galleries in St. Louis.
